I had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Worsale who gave me back my faith in the surgery and NHS. She was lovely caring intelligent and considerate she outweighs all the of the staff. Thankyou.
The staff admit they know nothing and not trained therefore are not called clinicians but negotiators. If they cant get furl they can continue to do no work and think about quitting this surgery has t useless jobs and surgery. The surgery is the biggest NHS failure.
I am sorry that you have felt the need to post such a negative post about our staff all of whom have worked tirelessly throughout COVID. Our demand currently is high and we are working to improve our access. As our receptionists work with a GP in reception we do refer to them as navigators as they on the GP advice 'signpost' our patients to the appropriate healthcare professional as appropriate. I could not see anyone or speak to anyone as conveniently again you do not answer your phones. The prescribing refuse to give repeat medicine so I will probably trouble A & E.
We operate a triage system that would signpost you to the appropriate healthcare professional and I would invite you contact us to discuss the pathway you were advised and ascertain what happened. The surgery is dirty and the staff are rude and untrained. The prescribing are is the worst the NHS has to offer. Debbie told me never to trust them or a pharmacist.

Got an appointment this morning for 3o clock with Rachel waiting room nearly empty sat there for 45minutes people were coming in the door and being called in when I questioned the receptionist she didn't seem fussed just said she must have got behind I had to cancel as I had to go to work ridiculous no one should have to wait that amount of time to see a nurse/doctor especially when the waiting room has no one in it that also cost me taxi fare and an afternoon wasted not that they give a damn better not happen tomorrow
